About GTT

Dear Customers, Business Partners, Shareholders and Employees,

As we move into 2011, all of us at GTT are very excited about the opportunities we see before us. Throughout 2010, GTT continued to demonstrate strong revenue growth and increasing profitability. As a global telecom carrier and leading network integrator, we have dedicated ourselves to serving the data communications needs of large enterprise, government and carrier clients in over 80 countries around the world.

We have combined our own network assets with the networks of over 800 suppliers worldwide to deliver cost-effective, scalable services supporting each client’s unique requirements. In 2011, GTT will continue to invest in our own network assets, and expand our data service portfolio to meet the needs of our clients. Moreover, we will also make major investments in our proprietary Client Management Database (CMD) to improve our client experience through every step of the service lifecycle –from quotation, design, and service implementation, to global 24x7 monitoring and service support.

We see three key trends in our industry in 2011. First, multinational enterprises will continue to expand globally, which will drive demand for higher-capacity bandwidth into both developed and developing parts of the world. Second, as enterprises and carriers exert stricter controls over their telecom costs, they will rely more heavily on the expertise of their suppliers to deliver savings and sound technical guidance. Third, as technology continues to evolve in both scope and sophistication, businesses will require more managed services expertise to handle the network complexity derived from integrating emerging and legacy technologies. Whether it’s related to international reach, cost control, or technology evolution, GTT is poised to help our clients embrace each of these trends.

As always, GTT remains committed to delivering cost-effective telecommunications services to help our clients meet their business challenges of today, and achieve their business goals of tomorrow.

Yours sincerely,

Rick Calder, President and CEO of Global Telecom & Technology  Richard (“Rick”) Calder, Jr.
