MCLEAN, Va., April 30, 2008 –Global Telecom & Technology, Inc. (“GTT”), (OTCBB: GTLT), a leading global Multi-Network Operator (MNO), today announced the appointment of Chris McKee as its General Counsel. As GTT’s General Counsel, Mr. McKee will oversee all contract administration, corporate compliance, strategic supplier agreements, and corporate development activities.

Mr. McKee has over 15 years of broad legal experience in the telecommunications industry. Mr. McKee joins GTT from StarVox Communications, where as General Counsel, he oversaw StarVox’s corporate governance, securities and regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, litigation, and legal support for its sales teams.
Prior to joining StarVox, Mr. McKee was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Covad Communications. At Covad, Mr. McKee headed its Washington, DC office and directed the federal and state regulatory compliance and advocacy efforts. Mr. McKee previously worked for XO Communications and Net2000 Communications and was in private practice in Washington, DC as an associate at Dickstein Shapiro and Dow Lohnes.
Mr. McKee currently serves as a Board Member for COMPTEL, the U.S.-based competitive telecommunications trade association. Mr. McKee holds a law degree from Syracuse University and received his Bachelor of Arts from Colby College.
