GTT Selected By ARTEL To Support Its International Customers

MCLEAN, Va., August 21, 2008 Global Telecom & Technology, Inc. (“GTT”), (OTCBB: GTLT), a leading global Multi-Network Operator, announced today that ARTEL, Inc., a U.S.-based systems integrator, selected GTT to provide connectivity for its mission-critical clients across the globe.

With over 800 international supplier relationships and access to over 100,000 network Points of Presence worldwide, GTT will provide ARTEL an array of best-fit customer solutions to numerous countries around the world, including Estonia, Finland, Montenegro, Great Britain and Russia. Founded in 1986, ARTEL provides a variety of network management and systems integration solutions to both private and public entities.
