MCLEAN, Va., July 23, 2009–Global Telecom & Technology, Inc. (“GTT”), (OTCBB: GTLT), a leading global network integrator, announced today that WINC Communications (WINC), a premier wireless Internet Service Provider, has purchased wide-area network services from GTT to support its expanding customer base.

WINC has purchased GTT’s high capacity Ethernet-based connectivity services to backhaul aggregated wireless customer traffic to key IP-based access points within its network. WINC provides fixed broadband wireless Internet services to key clients in the Northeastern United States.
